At Focused CSE Reviewer, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to request the deletion of your personal data collected through our application, in accordance with your Right to Erasure under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) of the Philippines.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users who have signed into the app using their Google account and wish to have their personal data removed from our systems.
2. Data Covered for Deletion
Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete:
- User Profile Data: Display name and personal goals.
- Journey Board Content: All posts you have created.
- Usage & Analytics: Last visit timestamp, app version, and page history.
- Account Record: The entire record associated with your User ID.
3. How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Automatic Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account instantly within the App:
- Open the Focused CSE Reviewer App.
- Navigate to Settings (via the gear icon in the navigation panel).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Profile.
- Confirm the action in the dialog box.
This process is automated and takes effect immediately.
Option 2: Manual Request (If you cannot access the App)
To request manual deletion, please contact us through our official Messenger channel:
Message SupportPlease provide the email address of the Google account used to sign in. We will process your request within 7 business days.
4. Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days. Once verified, data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Confirmation
After your data has been fully deleted, we will send a final confirmation to the email address associated with your account.
